HOW WE PROTECT YOU

Data Security, Account Rights and Transparency

Data Encryption

All information you enter — from your name to your DANA or OVO wallet details — travels through SSL encryption. We never store payment app passwords or full card numbers on our servers.

Account Verification

Before you can withdraw, we confirm your identity through the details you provided at signup. If something doesn't match, we'll ask you to verify via our support team before releasing any funds.

Your Withdrawal Right

You can request a withdrawal at any time if your account is in good standing. Funds from DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS deposits must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for deposit.

Data Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active plus two years after closure, as required by Indonesian payment regulations and audit standards.

Cookie & Tracking Policy

id bet uses cookies to keep you logged in, store your lobby preferences and detect fraudulent access. You can manage cookies in your browser; disabling them may affect your gameplay experience.

Request Changes or Deletion

Contact [email protected] to request corrections to your personal data, a copy of what we hold on you, or account closure. We'll process verified requests within 14 days.

Your Terms & Conditions Questions Answered

Yes. When you sign up, you confirm you've read and accept our full Terms & Conditions. You can review them here and in your Account → Legal settings anytime. If you don't agree with any term, don't proceed with account creation.

Contact our support team via live chat or email with your transaction ID and a description of the issue. We'll investigate and, if we find an error on our side, correct it within 24 hours. If the issue is with your payment provider (DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS), we'll guide you through their dispute process.

Yes. You can close your account by contacting support. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn via your original payment method before closure. Once closed, you won't be able to reopen it for 30 days; after that, a new account can be created with the same identity.

We use 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions. Your DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS details are never stored on our servers — each deposit routes directly to the payment provider's secure gateway. We never ask for your payment app password or PIN.

Withdrawals depend on local law. Where local law permits, you can withdraw your balance to the same payment method you used to deposit. Withdrawals are verified for security and typically arrive within 24 hours. Minimum withdrawal amounts are shown in your wallet.

Email [email protected] with your concern. You can also request a full report of the data we hold on you, free of charge. We respond to all data privacy inquiries within 14 days and take your concerns seriously.

We update the Terms & Conditions occasionally. Material changes are notified by email to your registered address at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of your account after that date means you accept the updated terms. Old versions are archived in Account → Legal for your reference.
